Ready to paint without primer, it’s perfect for automotive, marine, and industrial use.

Prepare for paint:
Stabilises the surface and forms a protective coating on drying. Forming a barrier to water vapour, oxygen and carbon dioxide; whilst resisting salt spray and chemical spillage.

How to use:
Remove all traces of oil or grease. Remove old paint and loose rust with steel wool or wire brush.
1. Apply directly to rust
Shake bottle well and pour the required amount into a plastic container. Brush a thin even coat directly onto rusty areas only, working well into any pitted areas, corners and edges. Ensure that exposed corners and edges are well-treated to avoid rust creep beneath.
2. Wait 15 minutes
Jenolite Rust Converter turns treated surfaces blue-black as it reacts with rust.

IF AREA DOES NOT CHANGE COLOUR, RE-APPLY AFTER 30 MINUTES. No need to rinse off.
3. Ready to paint in 3 hours
Apply topcoat after minimum 3 hours. For best results paint same day. Always check product compatibility. If in doubt test a small area first.
Do not return excess Jenolite Rust Converter to the container.
Wash brushes and equipment in clean water immediately after use. Splashes onto surrounding paintwork and skin may cause staining - wash off immediately with water.
Protect product from frost. Store between 5ºC and 15ºC .
