Dispatch times
Our dispatch times are:
Monday to Friday until 15:15.
On occasion, dispatch of orders can be the next working day due to stock locations and preparation requirements of certain products. You will receive an email notification from us to confirm that your order has been dispatched with a tracking number for FedEx on it.
When you place your order, you will be presented with one or more delivery options depending on your location, and the order size/total:
Please note that GTSE Storage products have a shipping surcharge due to their bulky nature.

Storage Products
Any GTSE storage items are shipped from a different warehouse, these are also bulky, which requires a shipping surcharge. This surcharge is usually £10 unless other non-storage items are included, and then it's reduced to £7.50. Making shipping £13.49 ex VAT when purchasing with another item under the £75 free delivery threshold. When it is over, this threshold delivery will drop down to £10.
Please note the following:
- All storage items are dispatched for 2 day delivery.
- Surcharge is higher for out-of-area shipping.
EU / Ireland Shipping
EU / Ireland shipping is available for collection only.
Your collection will be promptly prepared once payment is received, and you've arranged for a collection service to pick up your goods.

Returns
We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order did not meet your requirements for any reason, please contact us for assistance.
Returns period
If there's a problem with your order, returns can only be accepted if the item is returned within 28 days of order.
If you are unhappy with any items for whatever reason, or if you have changed your mind, we are able to offer a refund (excluding postage costs) as long as you contact us within 28 days of having placed your order, and we will advise on how to return the items for a refund.
Please note we cannot refund items that are returned in a condition different to how they were sent out. For example packs of cable ties that have been opened.
Returns Process
If you would like to return an item please email sales@gtse.co.uk first to process the return. From here we’ll be able to take you through the best way to get the order back to us.
Missing Items
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods that an item is missing from your order.
