Delivery & Returns

Our dispatch times are:

Monday to Friday until 15:15.

On occasion, dispatch of orders can be the next working day due to stock locations and preparation requirements of certain products. You will receive an email notification from us to confirm that your order has been dispatched with a tracking number for FedEx on it.

Christmas Delivery 2023

Orders placed before 3:15pm on Thursday 21st December will be dispatched as normal for delivery on Friday 22nd December. 

Order placed after 3:15pm on Thursday 21st December will be dispatched on Tuesday 2nd January for delivery on Wednesday 3rd January.

Returns

We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order did not meet your requirements for any reason, please contact us for assistance.

Returns period

If there's a problem with your order, returns can only be accepted if you report the problem within:

7 working days for broken/missing items.

14 days for undelivered items.

If you are unhappy with any items for whatever reason, or if you have changed your mind, we are able to offer a refund (excluding postage costs) as long as you contact us within 30 days of having placed your order, and we will advise on how to return the items for a refund.

Please note we cannot refund items that are returned in a condition different to how they were sent out. For example packs of cable ties that have been opened.

Returns Process

There are several ways in which you can return your items to us, however, please email sales@GTSE.co.uk first to process the return. From here we’ll be able to take you through the best way to get the order back to us.
