Dispatch times

Our dispatch times are:

Monday to Friday until 15:15.

On occasion, dispatch of orders can be the next working day due to stock locations and preparation requirements of certain products. You will receive an email notification from us to confirm that your order has been dispatched with a tracking number for FedEx on it.

Returns

We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order did not meet your requirements for any reason, please contact us for assistance.

Returns period

If there's a problem with your order, returns can only be accepted if the item is returned within 28 days of order.

If you are unhappy with any items for whatever reason, or if you have changed your mind, we are able to offer a refund (excluding postage costs) as long as you contact us within 28 days of having placed your order, and we will advise on how to return the items for a refund.

Please note we cannot refund items that are returned in a condition different to how they were sent out. For example packs of cable ties that have been opened.

Returns Process

If you would like to return an item please email sales@gtse.co.uk first to process the return. From here we’ll be able to take you through the best way to get the order back to us.

 

Missing Items

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods that an item is missing from your order. 

Contact us on via email at sales@gtse.co.uk or by phone at 01246 386 126 with your order number and we will sort a replacement/refund back to you.
