Manufactured from high visibility blue acetal. The arrow head is inserted into the top of the tag and remains in place until it is subsequently opened, breaking the seal and clearly indicating that a new checklist needs completing.

Supplied in boxes of 100. An optional extra - the tag can be used without the seals.
