This highly visible status tag is manufactured from tough, durable polypropylene, designed to meet the demands of industrial environments. It is weather-resistant and UV stable, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.

The tag features a channelled base that allows it to sit flush against scaffold tubes or equipment surfaces. It comes pre-drilled for easy installation and supports multiple fixing methods, including screws, cable ties, adhesive, or rivets (fixings not included).

A clear “Do Not Use” warning is displayed when no inspection insert is present, helping to prevent the use of potentially unsafe equipment. For added security, a tamper-evident seal can also be fitted.

We recommend positioning the tag at the point of entry to equipment, ideally at eye level, to ensure maximum visibility before use. When used with inspection checklists, the tag window displays either “Good to Go” or “Do Not Use”, depending on the current inspection status.
