Cable Jointing Kit - Straight Joints
- Suitable for use with both armoured and unarmoured cables up to and including 1kv
- Kit contains: Clear shell, crimp connectors, earth braid, constant force springs, core separators, two part resin, sealing tape and gloves
- Injection moulded cable joint shells: Rigid and very strong, provides an excellent seal and prevents leakage of resin
- Mechanical connectors: Machined brass connectors suitable for low voltage cables with copper or aluminium conductors
- Earth braid: Continuity system providing good electrical contact and is insulated for extra protection
- Constant force springs: React to cable joint movement to maintain a good electrical contact
- Core separators: Provide safe separation of cable cores and mechanical connectors
- Two part resin: Provides excellent adhesion to PVC, XLPE, Polythene and paper cables
