These bird control spikes are manufactured from transparent UV-stabilised polycarbonate, offering durability and weather resistance without harming birds. The semi-flexible, bayonet-style spikes are rounded at the tips for safety and are set Diametergonally to reduce the effective spacing between spikes.

Each strip includes 8 snap-off grooves for precise length adjustment and 8 fixing holes to accommodate screws, rivets, or masonry nails—helping to reduce adhesive use and simplify installation. The lightweight, compact design makes transportation and storage easy.

The curved underside allows for easy installation on pipes, roof ridge tiles, and other rounded surfaces. Jigsaw-style male and female connectors at each end enable strips to be joined seamlessly, even around curves.

Optional double-sided tape (Code: 58105) can be applied to the underside of the strips for rapid installation.

Choose the right material for your application:.

  • Rigid Plastic: Lightweight, gloss white PVC with high impact strength. Suitable for both internal and external safety signs. Easily drilled for wall fixing.
  • Self-Adhesive Vinyl: A high gloss, flexible PVC vinyl with self-adhesive backing. Suitable for applying to most smooth, dry and clean surfaces. Ideally suited for internal signs.
  • Photoluminescent Rigid Plastic: 1.2mm Rigid PVC with photoluminescent (glow in the dark) pigmentation. Afterglow properties exceed PSPA Class C grade, as measured to DIN 67510, provides razor sharp definition even in blackout conditions.
  • Photoluminescent Self Adhesive: Flexible PVC with photoluminescent (glow in the dark) pigmentation. Afterglow properties exceed PSPA Class C grade, as measured to DIN 67510, provides razor sharp definition even in blackout conditions.
  • Aluminium: 0.9mm aluminium with a gloss white powder coated face. Suitable for both internal and external applications. Excellent weathering and UV resistance provides a long-life product.
  • Polycarbonate: 2mm transparent and flame retardant polycarbonate, provides extreme resistance to impact. Sub-surface printing reduces the risk of damage or vandalism to the sign face.
  • Rigid Plastic with Self Adhesive Back: Rigid PVC provides a durable finish, whilst a high tack self-adhesive backing removes the need for drilling, screwing or additional adhesive fixings. Also referred to as Quick-Fix signs.
  • Fluted Polypropylene: A corrugated twin-walled plastic, ideal for temporary signage. Lightweight, waterproof and strong, 100% recyclable.
  • PVC Banner: Flame resistant 440gsm PVC banner for indoor or outdoor applications. Digitally printed for eye-catching displays.
  • Brass/Aluminium Effect: A 2-Ply 1.5mm rigid PVC laminate with brushed aluminium or brass effect surface. Heat-resistant and robust to withstand the toughest environments.
